1.Shipping Info

Basically, 4 steps to go then you can buy your clothing(s).

  • Verification > 2. Processing > 3. Shipping > 4. Delivery

It normally takes 3-6 business days to arrive. Once we are started the delivery you will get a tracking number and using this on SF Express website to know when the product(s) is ready for pickup.

1.2 How can you collect your parcels?

  • There are 2 collection options of 1) SF Express collection point and 2) home address delivery.

1.3 Can the order deliver within a specific period?

  • We cannot guarantee a specific period of time for delivery.
  • Clothing 404 will guarantee to deliver your parcel within 7 days while there was sufficient stock level of your chosen product and do consist of any emergency situation.

2.Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We’re bummed if the size is not satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept Returns & Exchanges within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

  1. Please contact Customer Service by submitting your order number, indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

Return & Exchanges Conditions

  1. You have 14 days to decide if an item size is right for you.
  2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewellery, and accessories (except scarves and bags).
  3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  5. We do not offer Any Collect Service for the packages returned to us.

Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

3.How to choose your size

  • We provided a ‘Size Guide’ button on each product page under the ‘Add to Cart’ button to find out the measurements which you can view in centimetres and inches, and how to measure to make sure it fits perfectly.

4. Where are Clothing 404 products from

  • Our products are mostly from different local stores in Hong Kong. The product may not make in Hong Kong but the style must be represented through by our strict scrutiny.

5. The photo showing an exact product that you receive?

  • The pictures are only for reference, take practicality as standard. It may have a little bit different due to the different resolution of different computer. Under the influence of environmental colour, there is a discrepancy between the pictures which are photoed and samples.

6. How to order

Step 1

Register a shopping Account by Click the top right corner of ‘Login logo’.

Step 2

Add the item(s) that you want into your shopping bag, before that select the colour, size and quantity if necessary.

Step 3

Click Checkout on the right-hand side > fill out the details > select a payment method > place order.

7.Any payment method?

  • We accept Credit Card (Visa, Master and American Express) and Paypal.

8.How to track

  • Once we received the order we will arrange the delivery as soon as possible. SF Express will contact you when pickup is ready.

9.How to join us (For Vendor)

  • First Login your account and Click ‘My Account’ >Dashboard > Become a Vendor > Fill the details. We have strict scrutiny before to approve each of the vendors after the application is success we will contact you directly.

10. What is the latest time to collect my product(s), what would happen if over Normally 4 working days after will ready for your pick up?

  • Once the item(s) is ready for pick up,we recommend customers do the pick up within five days. Because extra service fees will charge by SF Express if item(s) is not picked up within five days.

11. Order Cancellation and amendment

  • Once the payment is done, the order information is confirmed with the merchant(s), and merchant(s) will reserve stock. Therefore we are unable to amend the order.

We suggest you gather all items in Wish List or Shopping Cart, and re-confirm the order before payment.

12. How to know if my payment transaction is successful

  • Successful transactions will receive a confirmation email. However, if a confirmation email is not received, it means the payment may not have been completed. Please check the order status by clicking “Order tracking”.

13. How can I get my invoice

  • Clothing 404 would generate an “Order Confirmation” E-mail to customer once the order is placed. Purchased date, order number, purchased items, delivery arrangement and payment amount are stated. The customer could refer the order details anytime through the E-mail content.
